Booking enquiries, pre-arrival information, check-in instructions, guest support, checkout communication and review management.
Support arrangements and escalation procedures are agreed during onboarding.
Smart-lock and key-safe recommendations, access-process setup and clear guest access instructions.
Access equipment and installation are property expenses.
Turnover scheduling and cleaner coordination, with property-readiness checks and linen and consumables coordination.
We coordinate cleaning providers. Cleaning, laundry and consumables are separate property expenses unless otherwise agreed.
Coordinating plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, handymen and other relevant contractors, with a clear process for owner approvals.
Repairs, replacement items and contractor charges are not included in the management fee.
Relevant performance reporting, operational updates and clear owner communication, so you can see how your property is doing.
Reporting format and frequency are agreed as part of your management package.
