What does EnT’s manage?
We coordinate the day-to-day operation of short-term rentals: listings, pricing, calendars, guest communication, self check-in, cleaning, maintenance and owner reporting. The exact scope is agreed with you.
Do I need to already have an Airbnb listing?
No. We can help coordinate setup for a suitable property, or work with an existing listing. The initial assessment helps establish what is needed.
Who pays for cleaning?
Cleaning is a property expense, separate from the management fee unless otherwise agreed. We coordinate cleaners and discuss how cleaning charges will be handled.
Who pays for repairs and maintenance?
The owner covers repairs, replacement items and contractor costs. We coordinate the work, using the approval process agreed with you.
