We are jointly responsible for deciding how enquiry information is used. The email above is our shared contact point for privacy requests. Requests received there will be coordinated between us, and you may exercise your data protection rights against either of us.
Information you share
The assessment form asks for your name, email, property postcode, property type, bedroom count and current short-term rental status. You may also share a phone number, listing URL, approximate booking revenue and details of the help you need. Please do not include guest records, financial account details or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to review property suitability, respond to your request and discuss potential management services. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We use information needed to assess a property and discuss management services to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you. For other business enquiries, including enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. We also rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiry service against spam and misuse. We use only the information needed for these purposes and consider the impact on your rights.
Services that process information
We use Vercel to host the website, Resend to deliver assessment enquiries, Microsoft 365 to receive and store business email, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions for spam. These services process the enquiry or technical information needed for their respective functions. Resend’s primary processing takes place in the United States, and other providers may also process information outside the UK. International processing is subject to the applicable provider terms and transfer mechanisms, which may include UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. How long we keep information
We retain enquiries that do not lead to a management agreement for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete them from our active business records, including Microsoft 365 correspondence. If you become a client, we explain the applicable client-record retention periods separately. Deleted information may remain in provider backups for their normal backup lifecycle, with access restricted until it is overwritten or deleted.
Providing information
The fields marked as required are needed to assess and respond to your enquiry. Other fields are optional. We do not make decisions about accepting a property solely by automated processing, and submitting an enquiry does not commit you to a management agreement.
Security
Enquiries are submitted over HTTPS in production and checked on the server. Access should be limited to people who need the information to deal with your enquiry. No online transmission is completely risk-free.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. Contact us using the privacy email above to exercise your rights.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. When the assessment form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, such as browser and network information, to distinguish people from bots. We do not use it to subscribe you to marketing. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Changes
